Once you’ve filled out the Book Me form and checked the boxes, here’s what unfolds:

1. You receive a confirmation that your intake has been received.

2. We meet for a 60-minute free & non-binding intake session — a quiet moment to feel the field.

3. If we both feel the alignment is true, we proceed.

4. We schedule your first session (online or in-person), and you receive all the relevant details.

There is no pressure, no pitch — just presence, clarity, and shared consent.
