NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This agreement is issued by E.Y. Lam´nasra, founder and director of AFRA (hereinafter referred to as "AFRA"), and applies to all private sessions, communications, and materials shared with the Client.

All personal, professional, emotional, spiritual, and sensitive information — as well as all forms of communication between AFRA and the Client, whether spoken, written, recorded, or transmitted in any other way — is treated as strictly confidential.

AFRA commits to holding all client information in sacred confidence and will not disclose any part of it unless legally compelled to do so, such as in cases involving potential harm, criminal activity, or other legal exceptions.

Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, copy, record, or share any aspect of the communication or any related material (including documents, audio, or video) with others, unless required by law or with explicit written permission.

Any breach of this agreement may result in legal action initiated by AFRA / E.Y. Lam´nasra, including a claim for damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This agreement remains in effect indefinitely, even after the coaching relationship or any related contact has ended.

By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and accept this confidentiality agreement
in full integrity.
